I've had two of these cases and just ordered another. It turned out I'd ordered the wrong case and customer service immediately sent out another with no hassle. Excellent service.

Just taken delivery of a case for my Iphone 14; an upgrade from my old Iphone 7. As a family we’ve had 4 cases since 2018 and we’ve been very pleased with the look, quality, durability and most importantly the protection the case affords these expensive and delicate products.

The quality of my iPhone 13 Pro Max vintage case is superb, and I had it for more than a year. There was a slight issue with some stitches and it was just outside the warranty but Niamh at customer care arranged an immediate replacement. Great product and excellent after sales service

Snakehive. I have just purchased a case for my new phone. I went straight to Snakehive as I was so pleased with the case I had for my previous phone.
It arrived today, it's beautiful. The workmanship is excellent, I expected nothing less. So pleased, would recommend to everyone.

I want to start by stating that dealing with SNAKEHIVE was absolutely a wonderful and rewarding experience. This was going to be my third case that I have ordered. When ordering I made a mistake on the phone size. I had to return my order and ask for a replacement case. The company was so gracious and accommodating with this process. I returned my original case for an exchange and it went so smooth. I cannot say how wonderful and amazing Niamh was in dealing with my exchange. I have my new case and I am so grateful for all their help and cooperation. I contacted Snakeskin before 10am this morning regarding my iPhone 11 case which the small leather fastener and come detached and wanted them to advise what adhesive I should use. and by 10.10 they responded to ask for a picture and details of order. I sent these and again very quickly Niamh advised they would send a replacement.
I would like to say having owned the cases for 14months I’m extremely happy with the quality.
I tend to drop my mobile occasionally and I know from previous experiences of cracked screens etc I’ve not had one problem since using the Snakeskin case.

I ordered two Snakehive phone cases from Amazon, for iPhone X and iPhone 7. Delivery was really fast, that’s just what I expected, but the covers were amazing! I am impressed about the quality and the extremely careful details, and about perfect fit to the phones – and the they look really good, too!

My 3rd snakehive phone case and exactly the same high quality. Snakehive really are the best phone case manufacturers I have seen. I have had mobile phones since the days of the hand set connected by cable to a huge battery pack.
I have had phone cases that totally failed when really needed with no backup from the manufacturers.
I'm as clumsy as the next one and drop my phone from time to time and have never had an issue with the Snakehive case. Their warranty is probably as good as their case but I've never needed it.

My husband and I have had out Snakehive phone covers for at least 5 years. They have been a wonderful purchase and age really well. They look good and really protect the phones. Just purchased another one for my new phone.

This company is great to deal with. I had an issue with my 10 month old snakehive leather case and after sending them an email I received an email that it would be replaced at no charge. Great service! Keep up the great customer service.

This is the second set of Snakehive cases I have bought for me and my wife. The first ones outlasted our Iphones. Total quality and craftsmanship plus top notch customer service makes these cases a no brainer.
